This place was great for me. very good with people and gave me a great deal on 4 tires nearly new When i really couldn’t afford new ones. Hats off to them!

I wanted to share my thoughts about what a wonderful place Edam's Tire in Billings, Montana is. I had rented a vehicle and was driving to the wilds of Eastern Montana. The low tire pressure icon showed up on the dash so I went to the representative for the car rental company at Billings Airport and they told me to go to Edam's. What a great place! When I got there, they had a full rack of cars that they were working on, but when I explained the problem they took me right away. I had told them that I had to be in Glendive, Montana (about 200 miles away) no later than 11 AM and that while I might assume that the low tire pressure icon was just a false signal, I didn't want to be stranded with a bad tire in the middle of nowhere (and Eastern Montana has a lot of nowhere). They fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and did not charge me, although I was obviously not from there. So I wanted to give a shout-out to Edam's Tire and particularly to Troy and Brandon for being so helpful and friendly!

Road tripping through and needed a good replacement. Got me done quick and back on the road. Came back thru later and bought a set of good used tires. Great costumer service. Highly recommend.

I've taken my car here for a tire service, and everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly, the prices were fair, and they finished the work faster than I expected. I'd definitely come back for future maintenance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with John and Brett at EDAMS TIRES. I came in not knowing much at all about tires and feeling pretty overwhelmed, especially since I was dealing with a difficult situation. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to explain everything in a way I could understand, answered all my questions without making me feel silly, and never once tried to hustle or upsell me. That meant so much. It’s rare to find people who are both knowledgeable and truly sweet in how they treat customers. If you’re looking for honest, trustworthy service, I highly recommend John and Brett at EDAMS TIRES. They made a stressful situation so much easier, and I’m really grateful for their help!
